First step to the process is to schedule a consultation with us so we can help you find the best rent to own program that fits your needs. There are many of them out there and each has their own pros and cons.
- Application
Before you spend any money on application fees and run a credit check, fill out our Pre-Application so our team can help you determine the right program to apply to. Save time and money!
- Showings
Once your application with a chosen Rent To Own program provider is approved, we can start looking at homes. Not every home is eligible so we will do all of the leg work for you to make it a stress-free and easy process for you!
- Move
This is the most exciting part of the process as you get your keys! 🔑🏡 Move in, save, work on your credit and purchase the house you are renting when you are able to get your home loan!
